What we did was a mind map.

- Prioritizes product backlog
- Helps set clear, team goal
- Team goals – goals, conditions of satisfaction, project level, iteration level
- Explains PBI’s
- Decides when to release / continue / cancel
- Approves / disapproves the sprint review
- Manages / owns risks
- Synchronize customer expectations with the team
- Active participant in testing
- Visiting other teams and PO to get better
- Driving the vision
- Sits with team
- Explains business value
